| Details: | I used Sandro Antezana (571-233-6198, wilderzurita@gmail.com ) twice before and he did an excellent job for us with reasonable price. He is a professional painter working for a contractor company which specializes in high-end property in the area, he painted the 12000 SF mansion in Vienna for my wife's boss. The only issue is that he does this as a side job so he can only work in the evening and weekend, and he only buys/uses Benjamin Moore paint. I guess he can get some points by purchasing paint on his own account and Benjamin Moore will yield better result while it's easier to handle. The price is better (30% less in my experience) than hiring a painting company because there is no overhead. But you need take some risk because he does not have a business insurance (what would happen if contractor gets hurt while working on your property? but I figure most chinese contractors don't have it anyway), 2014-02-11 14:59:06 |

I hired him to painted the main floor (wall the all the trimming) for my house in Ashburn and he did an excellent job for us with reasonable price, I bought paint from Home Depot and pay him for the labor only. He came around 4 PM after his main job and worked during Sat/weekend too. Nice honest guy with 20 yrs experience. Highly recommended. 2014-09-09 09:48:32 |
