| Details: | I just have purchased a house, Vivien helped me for applying loan. I would highly greatly recommend Vivien. Vivien is very knowledge, professional, reliable and efficiency. She's not only helping me on mortgage (she monitored and found me the lowest rate) but also she helped analyzing my complicate situation. A couple of times I almost gave up, but Vivien explained detaily, patiently and suggested few different alternatives. Although those issues were not her problem nor her business but she spent tremendous time and effort to help sorting and have all difficulties resolved.
