刚去试过。确实好吃。尤其重庆辣子鸡和四川沸腾鱼，菜一上桌，先是视觉享受，然后口水就流得不行了。赶快夹一筷子吃到嘴里，感觉就一个字：真他妈的爽！麻辣香，味道不摆了，正宗霸道。还有他们的干锅什锦肚也是一绝，干辣鲜香，回味无穷。吃完辣的再来一道不辣的梅菜扣肉，肥而不腻，就看见我们这桌不断地喊加白饭。懂吃的朋友知道的，好吃的梅菜扣肉是连汤汤都要和白饭吞进肚子里，那才叫满足。本人和一帮吃货朋友，吃遍华府大大小小川菜馆无敌口，这家是目前为止我们最喜欢的。 来以前听一个朋友推荐的，说这家的大厨是三位顶级川菜大师級玩家，开馆是为了让懂川菜的朋友吃到真正有品位有特色的正宗川菜。我们吃完饭以后还特地叫服务员给我们引见了他门的大厨，真的是两个道地的成都人。歺馆的布局和装潢也充满玩家的特色和品味。歺馆后面还有一个安静的湖。有兴趣的吃货们一定要去这家歺馆看看，视觉和味觉的享受，不摆了。 2014-01-24 06:43:46 |

To be honest, I'm pleasantly surprised! Though I work a mile away from here, I didn't know about this place if it wasn't for a friend who invited me. I've been going back again for lunch, ordering with friends and my co-workers, and have been raving about how this place not only has super authentic Sichuan dishes (which is really hard to find) but also has a wide range of other Asian-styles that are catered. Our food came piping hot which was great. I absolutely love getting the scrumptuous hot & spicy dishes like the three pepper chicken and the beef hot pot, but all the dishes I had were great. Beef Randeng is one of the best slow cooked beef dishes I've had, ever. So tender, succulent, and unbelievably tasty due to the special sauce. At $14, it's a great deal for Chinese food. It's certainly worth another trip back and I'll be certain to get it. The salted fish with eggplant casserole and shrimp ball were great options as well. Get either if you really have no idea what to get. Pretty well priced. Well portioned. The shredded beef with peppers and spicy chicken with crispy spinach (mmmmmmmm delicious). They definitely make by order. The Peking duck was one of the best I've ever had. Love the crispy skin and they cut the meat off the bones which made putting them in between the steamed bun all the fun. And the sweet and sour chicken was amazing. Five stars overall. I just came back from this restaurant. It's nice that they gave us 10% discount after I mentioned Hope Forum. This was my first time. The taste wasn't bad. I would say the taste can compete with Mama Wok in Reston. However, the service was not very professional. Probably they are very busy after a lot of Chinese saw this post on hope forum and get busier and busier. Anyway, thanks a lot for the recommendation. We are lucky to have some authentic Chinese restaurant around. I will try something next time. 2014-01-27 09:01:43 |

We ordered to go at the same we saw the Ads. Food were ok but not that exceptional. Even with 10% discount, the price is still lit bit high, and the portion is kind of small. 2014-01-27 09:09:49 |

建议不要最近去。好像因为这个推荐，忽然有很多人去，他们完全被overwhelmed,应付不过来。服务态度还行，可是服务质量不是一般的差，而是非常、非常的差。似乎从来没有做过餐馆服务。我点了四个菜，结果服务员端来两个，就不知道后面的了，只有端着菜来问哪个是我点的！连帐单都打错了，要不是我顺眼瞄一下，还不知道。最后还得自己打包。菜很咸，点了四个菜，其中一个味道尚可。我最近是不会去了。 2014-01-27 09:12:39 |

Cannot agree more. We waited for almost 15 minutes after we ordered the food. We were asked if we are done with eating when we have not even been served the first dish. Food is salty and pricy. Same food cost 30% more than 川菜香。 We are disappointed too. 2014-01-27 09:13:14 |

今天去吃了dinner. 估计是是新开的店，所以有点手忙脚乱照顾不周，但是态度还是很好。 点评一下菜： - 重庆辣子鸡： 非常好，比成都小馆的要好吃。 真宗与否，得问问重庆人。 - 豆花鱼：还可以，和成都小馆的差不多。和川菜香的差不多。 - 东坡肘子： 非常好，比较小， - 梅菜扣肉： 不好， （推荐McLean的旺旺餐馆的梅菜扣肉，特别是旺旺餐馆的东坡肉，非常好。） 2014-01-27 09:19:42 |

这家餐厅真的超级超级超级超级好吃！我去过好多次了。因为我也是成都的人，所以我认为那里的菜很正宗，让我想起了家乡的味道…有几样是我认为最好吃的：东坡肘子，辣子鸡丁，毛肚干锅…其中我最喜欢的就是东坡肘子啦！东坡肘子具有色，香，味，形，俱佳四个特点。它肥而不腻，粑而不烂，入口极化，吃进去的第一口那种咸味在口中慢慢散开，紧接着那种微甜的感觉在你的舌尖慢慢绽放，嚼在口中你会有一种仿佛漫步在神云之间！闭上眼睛这种美妙的感觉会在你的口中与脑中久久徘徊…久久不能忘怀… 2014-03-30 21:08:32 |

Just ordered a takeout. 重庆辣子鸡 and 水煮牛. $34 and quantities were small. On top of the small quantities, not much chicken and beef in them. The food was good but not economical. 2014-10-12 12:01:13 |
