Thank you for forwarding the information to the Community. You might have good experiences with him. But I do not. As a matter of fact, had a terrible experience with him. When I tried to remodel my rental property a few years ago, I found his information on local Chinese newspapers and contacted him for making an appointment. In accordance with the appointment for the time and location, I waited for him in rain for more than 30 minutes without seeing him. Then I called him. He told me on phone: "it is raining outside and it is too far from my house. You must schedule multiple contractor for assessment, right?." Then he hung up on me. What I learned from him is: (1) It is TOO FAR from Vienna to Herndon; (2) One can schedule multiple contractors at the same time for a home improvement project. I just finished an estimate with him recently but very uncomfortable with Ni shifu's working style. After I told him I need sometime to talk to my husband and make the final decision, he got very upset and mocked "You are not the one makes decisions yourself? I just came here and estimated it for free?" Well, I haven't had a chance to judge his work quality yet, but I definitely will not recommend him. 2014-06-17 15:02:56 |
