I used this provider to replaced my split unit AC, he gave me different brand options with different level of pricing.

The final price was reasonable, and the quality of the service was good

I gave him this good review last year; However, a few months later when a problem showed up clearly caused by improper installation, I asked him to fix the issue, he first tried to charge me then refused, even it's still within the one year warranty period.
Change to awful because of this quality issue and lack of responsibility.
