Hired him to repair my front door rotting frames, to paint window panels, garage doors and foundations around the house. Excellent job done with very reasonable price! ( I had three quotes from this forum).
Highly recommended him. Would like to give him 4.5 out of 5.

Marvin repaired my siding, window, and porch. Took out rotten wood and replaced with PVC. Did exterior painting on the entire house. The work is excellent and price is reasonable.

It's really a bad experience to hire him to repair my basement door.I hired Marvin to fix a leaking basement door and he promised a one-year warranty. After his fix, the door is still leaking, so I called him coming back. He first said he would come next Monday, however never showed up at all. Later on, I tried to call him many times to schedule a new time, never got any response back. Furthermore, after a few calls without response, he blocked my number and my call now goes directly to his voicemail.
In short, I would strongly NOT recommend this business unless you are prepared to waste money and looking for headache later on.
