I strongly recommend Jason Lee from star flooring (571) 722-6853. He just did whole house wood floor and bathroom and kitchen tile installation for us. Service and quality of work is really good and price is very reasonable too. The best thing for him is that he really care about customers. There was a small scratch on one piece of wood after they were done for installation. I mentioned that to him and hoping he will put some stain on it for us. He actually replace the whole plunk and now I can't even tell where is that piece of wood. His team's stairs work is really good too. Overall, I am very happy with his work.

I used him last year and wasn't happy with him.

He became easily agitated when being asked for quality work ( you really have to watch them doing the floor work). He is only one can speak a few sentences of English but we still could not communicate.

Can't trust him at all. I had so bad experience with him. Be careful he brings the material that really he quotes it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I do not write negative reviews but this time I have to. I have to had to pay 800 to FIX the horribly mismatched wood repair work done by this company (for which I was charged 400). However, that is not the worst - when I texted him to let him know I wasn't happy, he was rude. Then when he was asked to come back (by the contractor who had referred him to me) Jason Lee put the blame on ME for the wrong use of wood. NO he is the professional and should know wood types. He doesn't at all. Nor would he listen to me, but treated me with GREAT aggression and rudeness. Next, in front of the other contractor, he was belligerent, yelled at me, stomped out, and slammed the door. The other contractor, after witnessing this behavior and the poor work done on my house, said he will never again provide his reference to others. I am out 400 dollars.

he was rude and agitated when I pointed out his error that ended up costing me 1200 at the time of closing on my house. The buyer clearly saw that the floors he installed did not match which was my complaint.
