I remember someone asked about air conditioning contractor. I would recommend 小张 301-728-9932. I had my heat pump replaced last year by him. He explained to me all possible solutions, from the cheapest one to more efficient one. He also suggested the right model depending on how long we will be staying in our house and what our plan is for the house.

The installation went smooth and the price is right.

He registered the product for us. We would otherwise forgot to do.

Just yesterday, he called me and said he is coming to install an extra component/enhancement. The manufacturer just came out with this suggestion recently. I would have never knew it if he did not notify me. I consider this good service.

I used Mr. Zhang's service several times as well. Good price and quality and willing to work at awkward schedule for us. When I called him last week and asked for AC check up, he honestly told me it's not necessary since he has done the system checkup when he visited last fall for the heater check. I consider him trustworthy.

We recently have our A/C cleaned by Xiao Zhang. Good price, quality work, and flexible schedule. We highly recommend him.

I am not the lucky one to get a new AC (Trane). The new AC was repaired more than once within 2 years. Do not expect you have priority for repairing because the machine was installed by Mr. Zhang. Money, not service, has higher priority.
