As the previous condo is too limited for my kids, I had the plan to buy a house and got support from John, found the house in Oct 2013 and moved in Nov, rate John 5 starts as the service is professional and perfect. John had lived in North VA region for more than 15 years, appears to me that he knows every single detail of anything, no matter property, schools, area history, house maintain etc, what surprise me most is that he brings me to a house, he would tell me exact the good thing and bad thing, and amount you may need to spend, 2 weeks earlier than the home inspection expert. Another advantage from John is that he has some "super" skill to look for what you need, I just told him what I cares more, then get exactly the houses to visit and choose, which saves a lot of time. John's experience helps me to provide the best realty's price offer, usually an open house has many visitors, you may want to buy but there are more buyers may offer better, John had helped me with an accurate offer to win the one I like. John is an experienced realtor with professional skills while helping me with my recent purchased townhouse. Based on my objective and budget, John had provided me all properties information with additional recommendations, which allow me to make better decision. I had purchased a townhouse recently and helped by John. It was a very impress and pleasant experience by working with John. First of all, John is very professional and knowledgeable, not only the real-estate part (construction issue, home structure, value and etc…), but also the overall information in the Northern Virginia (city plan, potential growth, school and etc…). John is able to provide useful information that allow me to make the right decision. Besides, John also did his best to fight and protect for my benefit.
