Don't use this guy. He totally ruined my house when we hired him. Later I knew someone who had terrible experience with him too. He talks much better than his job. I considered myself as very good at recognizing a lire until after I knew him. He made me believe that he was very good at remodeling and chose him to do the bathroom remodeling work for us. His quote was not the lowest at all. The result is: For plumbing, wherever he touched leaked. For electricity, he cut two wires in my house without thinking, then made holes in the wall trying to repair. My father stopped him, asking him to draw the electricity circuit before going on. He could not do it after "analyzing and researching" for a few days. Then he played disappearing... It was a nightmare until we fired him.

Mr. Wu has been helping us with various emergency home repairs. He is very responsive and good at what he does. Never had a problem. Will definitely hire him again.
