Same owner for decades. Window tables have good views. Great Catonese food. Serves Cantonese style dim sum on weekends, very well known in the region. Good idea to call first if going for dinner on weekends since a few times we were turned away because they were hosting large wedding banquets.

Over priced. Charged 17% tip for dim sum but did not tell us. Miscalculated total price too in their favor. When I asked about it and showed his mistake, the guy was very impatient like I was bothering him. Food was not bad. That's why they got two star.
