We did consultation with him for my 7 yeard old. Well, he did try to be nice and warm, but we were put off by his and his staff's sales pitch, lock-you-in tatics, and questionable plan for treatment. Looking back 3 years later, we were right not to use him.

After 3 years and I still cannot get my teeth straighten out. It's all about business though he try to be friendly. At first he will say that he will make sure everything is fixed and whiten your teeth. At the end he would say it will required extra cost if you need further treatments and whitening. I would not recommend him.
