We used them twice, once for moving some used furniture we bought, second time when we moved from rental to purchased home. First time was good, led by a Chinese, which is why we used them again. Second time was disaster, led by a chatter-box African American. He kept talking. Some of our furniture chipped at corner (traditional Chinese furniture with carved design), some of new home's door frames were dented with apparent paint scratches from our furniture. Also, a couple of our boxes were missing. Did not notice these after a few days when we finally sort things out. - This happened over 5 years ago. My family had a bad experience with them (a team led by this African-American). They tried to run away after damaging a twin-size bed; and didn't make any apology when being caught. I would not recommend their service. 2013-02-26 20:26:30 |

在大华府搬过好几次家，第一次用骏马公司，总体服务不错，价格也不贵，他们包装家具很仔细。上一次用另外一家华人搬家公司，由于包装不好床垫和家具都有损坏。还是推荐骏马搬家www.junmamoving.com。 2013-05-03 11:21:38 |

We recently used 骏马公司. Very impressed with their service. Moving from Chantilly to Great Falls with 3-4 movers. Total about $600. Carefully wrapped up all our furniture. Highly recommended. 2013-08-06 17:50:13 |

We used them 5 years ago. It was a total disaster. It started from the very beginning when we asked very nicely about the insurance for possible damage of the furniture. The leader walked out immediately and decided not to move for us. They drove away when we were still in shock. We had to call the company to beg them back because we were packed and it was the deadline for us to move out the house. We moved some important stuff by ourself. Several weeks later, we found out some boxes were missing while unpacking. I still feel very upset even after so many years. 2014-08-08 20:25:41 |
