Jorge Montoro: I would recommend a handyman that we use a lot. He did the remodeling for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, painting, fixed the fences, backyards, and a host of smaller problems. He is very good at what he does, very prompt, and charges very reasonable prices (and you can negotiate with him).
Only thing is he speaks mostly Spanish (he is from Peru). He has some English skill, but I feel that some details would be lost if you cannot explain in Spanish. So take that with my advice.
