I called them to check the roof leaking problem for my home. The appointment was made a week later since they were all booked. On the appointment day I waited almost an hour before getting a call from Bill saying that they could not make it. Rescheduled it to Saturday. Then no show and no call. I tried to call them back and left a message, but didn't get any reply. It is totally wasting time to work with this company!
