Mark不是中国人，不会说中文，好像是韩国人。 我找Mark修烟囱和sunroom窗户漏水，开始说是保修一个月，如有问题退款。头一个星期就发现两个地方都还漏。打电话，多次推脱说过几天打电话，但从未按所说的打。多次打电话催，来修了第二次，来前电话里说好修后会用水测试。来了后，车停在drive way上也没和我们招呼一声就上sun room。还是我女儿看见说是有车在drive way上 我才看见，想他修完会和我说一声，结果过了一会不知什么时候人家就走了，打电话问他修了什么是不是测过了。说是只加修了sunroom 的窗户，没有修烟囱也没有测，说是他上次修了所有的地方，没有任何问题。我问如果还漏是不是会象他之前说的那样退钱。他说no他已经干了活。是你房子的问题，是你窗户修的不合理，是你的烟囱老的设计。。。。 不推荐用这个人。 2013-08-22 12:52:40 |

I used this Mark before. He provided poor service but charge higher than other roofers. I then used Jim Baker instead. What a world difference! Jim's number is 540-421-9895 2013-08-23 08:55:24 |

Called Mark who said would provide free estimation. But after he looked at the leaking area, and I told him that I need to think about it. He told me to pay the time he came. Finally I tired to discuss and paid his gas. 2013-12-22 04:22:49 |
