I had the same problem (roof leak and need coupling) last month.
Called Frank at 703-930-2655 at the

It cost $90 to fix the leak, another $90 to fix other problem that he found on the roof.

I am satisfy with his work.

He just did the roof work for me. The price goes up quite a bit from estimation. I feel very pricy and the work is so so.

We (as a group) had Frank to perform roof fix & vent boot in middle of May.
I have some issues and would like to share with you about Frank:

1. He charged me double price than he quoted me after the work (when I received the invoice).
2. My roof has never been leaking in master bathroom, but now my house's roof is leaking (in 2 places) after his fix (looks like he broke it since it was not leaking before). The purpose was to maintain and prevent the leak, but now it's leaking. Frank said he gave 1 year warranty before our job. But when I emailed, texted and called him (finally got hold of him today), he said he would not come to fix.

I have stopped the check in bank that pays to Frank.

Frank( 703-930-2655 ) just fixed my roof leak this past Monday.
I got his name from this very Hope forum's past recommendations here:

Frank seemed very experienced and fast. From the way he walks on the roof, you can tell that he "lives" on roofs. Itinvoked image of "monkey king":-) He charged $140 for the leak fix: It was on my ridge vent, nail poppped out, rain leaked in from the nail hole) this past Monday.

Thank you so much for your recommendation. I called Frank this morning and he came and fixed my leak this afternoon. The price is very reasonable and his service was excellent.

I had a Chinese roofer came and he told me I need to replace the roof for the whole house for over $10,000 and this Frank guy told me there is nothing wrong with my roof and it could still lasts for 5 to 10 more years. What a relief.

Highly recommended!
