Last week, my A/C is broken. Normally, I use Mr. Sau Chung's service (703-868-1328). But he is not available (in China). So I called Eddy Lin 林時寬先生 (MOBILE: 703-424-1940) thanks to the other parent's reference on this forum. He found out the controller and fan are broken. He ordered the new parts which cost about $265 for both parts. He charge the labor for $100 and $30 for visit fee. He came to my house 3 times to get this fixed (because of ordering parts). I think the rate is very reasonable. Plus 3 month warranty.
