Had Jim to replace the backyard hose bibs/expernal water faucet recently. Excellent plumbing work, honest hardworking person.

The price is reasonable compared with another high-priced quote from Eddy Luku.

Highly recommended.

Master plumber. Skill, knowledge, experience: 5. 10+yrs of exp. Quality of work: 4, needs more detail oriented. Peronality: 5 great personality, straightforward. Typical of a Texan. Cleanup after service: 4. Ok. Not impressive. Typical of an contractor. Pricing: 3. As expensive as lowes or home depot contractors minus the warranty. Typical standard charging. Toilet replacement $150. Water heater $600, just labor. Not very willing to negotiate price.
Post service: 5. Hauled away old water heater. Of course i paid. Came back a second time just to make sure no leaks or problem. Responsiveness to inquiry: 3.5 a bit lagging. Only service NOVA area.
Recommendation: use in emergency only.

not recommanded, he will damage other stuff and charge you for fixing his mess.
