AWFULLY EXPENSIVE! , He painted two rooms , WALL ONLY, NO DOOR, NO TRIM, NO CLOSET, NO CEILING, and provide the paint, he spend around 5-6 hours total and charge for $550.00, so, each hour he charge $100 !!! 2013-07-09 14:50:17 |

David did some rotten window trim repair work for me lately and his work is excellent in quality. Talking to him, he also does carpet, dry wall repair, tile ceramic work as well. 2013-09-16 11:47:57 |

Recently I had a rental listing in Herndon. The walls need painting, the siding needs washing, some wood trims need repair, and I had a customer coming to see the property in two days. I called David Monico to see if he could help me out with the short notice. He did - he came very early the next morning, worked a long day, got the painting done. He came early the following morning, hand-washed the siding (there is no hose faucet for power-washing) and repaired the wood trim. The work was well done, the price was good. David did a very good job fixing a drywall hole and also painted the ceiling for me. He paid attention to details and did a quality work. He is easy to reach and always responsive to my inquiries. His charge is very reasonable too. 2013-10-18 19:23:51 |

I had him power wash my deck. It was awfully done and not cleaned at all. I had to call him back to do the job twice. His price is also very high. I would not use him again. 2014-05-17 14:22:40 |

I hired him for an exterior house painting, which includes replacement of rotten wood trims with PVC and power washing of deck and part of sidings. He did an excellent job with a reasonably price. One minor issue is that he didn't thoroughly clear up the old paint debris from my roof. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend him for any painting job. 2017-08-16 08:40:20 |

I hired him to paint the shutter, door and bay window. Also ask him to fix the siding. He did pretty good and charge less than average. He has change the phone number to (571)2338013 2018-07-06 14:13:23 |
