Thank you all for the replies. I also get some requests to share the information I got. So far, here are some summaries:

* what is the source of mold? wet? where is water from fix it first and use fan dry it
* Only thing I know to get rid of mode is very costly, about $25,000 last time, I have a refi, bank required to have a licensed professional to do job, ended, I asked customer to use bleach, and repaint basement which has mode, they have to use fan every day. What you need to do is make sure home is dry first, so use a hot Air fan to dry that closet, make it less chance to get worse, then look for reasonable company to fix it, I know Americans are very scare of mold, they think it cause cancer--may be stupid.,
* mold is caused by water. if you see any sign of wetness, follow that trace. treatment: stop the water first. clean. depends. maybe bleach + tsp.
* I used Atlantic Coast Inspection Services before and was satisfied. Patrick Hart was very professional and did a good job. His phone number is 703 440 8335.
* Buy Mildew Stain Remover SCRUM FREE from Walmart. It is good to remove mold in kitchen or bathroom.

Had Patrick to do my mold inspection. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He also gives advice on self inspection and mold treatment. The lady who gets the phone was also nice to talk to and calls back as promised for further questions. Price was good as well.
