Alex helped us for basement remodeling. Good price. We didn't join the group deal. The quality is good. He is referenced by our neighbor.

My overall experience with Alex was not good. He was referred by our neighbor. So we did not doubt about him in the beginning. His initially estimation for our basement was higher than others, but was still reasonable. But every change cost a lot after we signed contract, when we finished the basement, it went up more than 1/2 of the price he initially estimated. Alex’s three workers are good with framing, but not very good with pluming and electric, county’s inspection took three times for pluming and twice for electric. I guess that’s why he still does not have license yet. I will go look for licensed contractor next time.
