My clients selected the "Lock and Shop" program without ratified contracts a few weeks back, recently we get some ratified contracts, my buyers got the rates they locked in a few weeks back!!! They are very very happy!!! Saved them thousands of dollars to buy points to match that rate! 2022-02-15 19:26:51 |

We used the "Lock and Shop" program Richard's company provided, were able to lock the rate before we worked out on a contract. Great feature! As the rate is going up daily, we were able to use lower rate to buy our house in a higher rate day! Very nice and great services too. Totally recommended! 2022-02-15 22:19:10 |
