| Details: | Be careful. Many of the people who come around after a hail storm are not really from the company that will do they work. They are only securing the work for another company who pays them a commission and you don’t know who they are. If you have damage I would suggest getting quotes from reputable companies and then contacting your insurance company. ------------------------------ Hi I am using 1 Roof Bobby Estepp for my storm damage claim and I have been quite impressed how he is dealing w me and the insurance adjuster. It is a Great Fall company. We have to have the roof as well as the gutters all replaced from the storm. ------------------------------------------------------- Like someone else mentioned, we used Bobby with 1Roof recently and he was awesome. He’s not going door-to-door—we had a leak so I called a few roofers to get estimates for a repair. He worked with USAA to get us a whole new roof (our roof was nearing 30 years old so we knew it needed it) due to hail damage last year. We paid the deductible of $2K, and USAA gave us a check upfront for the remainder.
