I used lead tech LLC for lead free inspection, about $350-$400 for a 3000 sq ft house. Dust testing $250. I used affordable lead pro - did not know the difference between lead free certificate (life time) vs lead risk reduction verticals (dust testing) and affordable lead pros never said anything. Lead free cretic ate is left time for a rental license in Maryland and dust sample test must be done whenever there is a change of tenant. Houses after 1970s should be able to pass lead free certificate (x-Ray) in general.
