Last year Mr. Li came to replace a set of Carrier air conditioner for our rental house. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Yesterday our tenet called us saying that the AC was not working, so we called Mr. Li again. He came this morning to help us check the problem and found out that it was because our tenet did not replace the AC filter, which led to the coil freeze. He spent two hours getting rid of the ice and putting on a new filter for us without charge. Our AC is now back to normal.
