中国人初来美国不太懂这边法律，弄不好案件越弄越复杂，费钱费时间还可能把前程搞垮。好的律师能运用恰当的法律条文和谈判把案件简化，争取到满意的解决方案。 Mr. Elders 很专业，优秀的谈判，对中国人很友好，即使中式英语交流毫无障碍。在最关键时刻帮我处理案件，使得案件有了很好的解决。

He sees the case with a keen eye, can find out the very detail which other people can't reach and it can make the huge big difference in the case. He could be plainly spoken or technical about the situational terms of what was going to occur procedural wise, options of approach concerning the case and handling negotiations as a representative for me.
