I would like to share my experience. David Kim has been tuning my piano in the past 4 years. I was general happy since I do not know the difference till recently. David paid us a visit in Jan this year. My sons began to complaint about the sticky notes and the sounds of piano in April. So I decided to gave Mr. Margrave a try yesterday. I am extremely happy with Mr. Margrave's service. There was a big cost differences. David only charged $85 while Mr. Margrave charged $197. But it is worth every penny. David usually spent less than 30 mins for each visit. Mr. Margrave spent one and half hours. He paid attention to each note and checked each part. My boys are very happy with the "new" piano! I highly recommend Mr. Margrave.
