Luke is very knowledgeable and professional. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of all the various parts of a house. He can do termite inspection as well. Luke took the time to explain everything to my client; he invited them to follow him throughout the inspection, and filled them in on several recommendations for caring for their home in the future. Luke did a great job on our home inspection. As a first-home buyer, we do not have much knowledge or experience on the property. Not only did he provide a professional and thorough home inspection and termite inspection, but also he gave us valuable advice on home caring and maintenance during the inspection. On top of these, he offered to answer any kind of property-related questions if we have any down the road, which will for sure benefit us for a long time. Mr. Wang did a fantastic job in inspecting the house we want to buy. He is detail oriented and very patient in answering our questions. He also gave us advices on how to maintain the house and potential options in fixing the problems. His thorough inspection helped us gain a big credit back from the seller.
