Wendy was referred to me by my close friend as he was very happy with her services. Guess what, she really is a very hard working professional and a very responsible professional. What I liked more about her is she is emotional that is why she understands clients emotions as well. Whatever properties we look at she showed with lot of interested and gave the details of that property in detail whether to consider it for buying or not. She never pushed us to buy if the property is even 5% not matching our criteria. She patiently worked with us for atleast 3 month. Wendy is one of the most professional agents my husband and I have ever seen. We planned to buy a place in VA, but I was always out of town, so Wendy adjusted her schedule to help show us places at weekends. Wendy always think on behalf of her clients and give very good suggestions. She's always very responsive to all our requests either through email, text or call. We love Wendy in so many aspects, and just want to highlight two things: 1. The awesome service provided was more than the agent fee she asked for 2. From a buyer point of view, she worked so hard to get you a very good deal that includes the contract price, partnered mortgage and insurance company. When Wendy and I met the first time, we were excited, and felt like old friends. I decided right away to use her as my agent to purchase a house in McLean. The more I work with her, the more I believe she is the most consistent, and helpful part of the whole process. I can not imagine a more responsive, trustworthy, and strategic real estate agent than Wendy. She is motivated, driven, persuasive and efficient. But we could not sell the house at the price we wanted, we decided to rent it out instead. Wendy works very hard in both cases. Buying a house is not an easy journey, but Wendy made it a fun experience for us. With her rich knowledge on real estate market, she was by our side from the beginning of the process to all the way at the end. Our concerns are her concerns, and she works incredibly hard and has a lot of experience to make things go smoothly and the way that we want. Wendy is the best real estate agent! Very professional and responsible. Always noticed us and scheduled showing of the new listing houses in the market at very early phase. Negotiating with sellers and comparing couple of houses in the same area, she did many detailed works to let us decided which one was the best. Finally we got the dream house which just listed in market for two days with $20K below the home assessment. Wendy is highly efficient, very responsible and patient. what I like her most is that she never tried to push you through a deal and always put the client's best interest in her mind. The first time she showed a house I decide to choose her as my agent. She arrived earlier than us, obviously already did homework about that house. Wendy is referred to me by my colleague. the first time she showed us a house, I decided to choose her as our agent. She arrived there before us , obviously already did homework about the house, and frankly pointed out quite a few concerns about the house , which we haven't thought of. She is a very trustworthy person I feel very comfortable to work with her. when we decided to back off from a house after home inspection exposed some issues, she didn't try to push us to accept the house at all, she fully respect our decision and promptly work with the seller's agent to release the contract. Wendy used to help me purchase properties; I worked with her the first time to list my house. She provided a lot of good advices, helped me understand the market, she even took me to visit the neighborhood's for sale houses to come up with the sale price. Provided a couple of plans for the selling, and staging needs. Selling house is a lot harder than buying, but I was very happy about the results. She kept us in the loop day in and day out. Wendy is the best agent, very experienced with strong good profession ethics. She understood more than me about what house meets my needs, as well as investment purpose. Housing searching is exhausting. She is unbelievable patient. She kept telling me that it is a huge deal in my life, no rush. She gave me opinions about the houses I liked. Wendy Chen is a very good agent with great patience and communication skills. First of all, she never gives me any pressure to make offer decisions. She even told me not to make a quick decision by pressure of myself. She provided me with valuable house resources and accurate comparative market analysis to those available houses. After I made a final decision to a house that I like, she helped with detailed analysis and the strategy of how to make the whole offer package strong and more attractive to seller.
