Mr Huang is a master electrician. He worked on our house before we put it on market. He may not have the lowest price but definitely the highest quality.

We have been using him for our rental houses for about a year. So far, he is he best one we have had. His service prices may not be the lowest, but reasonable. He is very reliable and responds to our calls quickly. We can always count on him. We had some contractors installed our AC units with a price a couple of hundred lower than his quote. But when we need warranty services, it is hard to get him back. This has not happened to him yet.

I used Mr Huang once, I totally agree he is a master electrician. He knows what he is doing, he also told me
what should I do about my AC.

Mr. Huang is very responsible, he had helped me several times, he installed a new heater unit in rental house. There was another time my heater did not work, I called him late afternoon, he came to my house and worked very late to fix heater. His work quality is really good, I highly recommend him

Just called Mr. Huang and he asked about $12500 for 700 sq ft new addition. Not sure where he got this number and way and way above other quotes.
