| Details: | Cello teacher Yue Gerrard is a professional cello instructor with almost 20 years teaching experience. Her 2013 Chamber Music Camp Registration is now open. Yue has two Master’s degrees in cello performance from the University of West Virginia and Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Yue earned her bachelor’s degree in cello performance at the prestigious Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 1983. Yue has been a member of numerous orchestras since 1984. She has played with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra, the Fairfax Symphony, the West Virginia University Symphony ( as a principal), the Graduate String Quartet for three years and the Shanghai Film orchestra among others.
