I would give this doctor a 2 star as well. I don't think he is concerned enough about a patient's. 我觉得他不够负责任。病人病情重也不推荐去看专科或住院。拖误病情。 2013-02-19 11:11:59 |

No appointment is needed. Good or bad. Sometimes, too many patient arrive at the same time, you have to wait a long long time. When it is your turn, it is a rush to get you in and get you out. I switched to a different doctor. 2013-02-19 19:46:37 |

My mom had no insurance when she visited me. She had stomach pain, and we called several Chinese doctors. Most of them said my mom needs stomach Gastroscopy which could cost a lot. Dr. Cheng proposed several option which only charged $50 for visiting. He gave my mom some sample medicines. My mom felt immediately better after taking the medicine. The second day, Dr. Cheng called us to check if my mom got better. Very responsible and professional. Yea, we waited 2 hour to be seen, but I don't think he's rush. Yea, if you have insurance, you can go other doctors which would charge your insurance much more. But for visiting parents, Dr. Cheng makes their staying with great relief. 2013-02-20 08:22:27 |

1) He accepts all patients at all time whether you make appointments or not if you don't mind waiting. 2) Remember to check to see whether he is able to prescribe refills on any of your subscriptions if you think you may need for more days; otherwise, he refuses to issue any refills unless you come back to see him again. 3) No privacy, interruption here and there, very unorganized, feels more like in a Chinese Super Market rather than in a private professional doctor office. 4) Any follow up on the test results - no call, no fax, no regular mail, no email but your personal call back or pickup at your own wish.
