原来请林先生帮我家修过空调。很好。价格低。非常耐心。今天又请他帮我公司修空调，修得很好。他还帮我们修了电器。极力推荐。

He just repaired my A/C with reasonable charge, June 2013. Mr. Lin did Great job for my A/C repair. He is very honest technician. Thanks Mr. Lin.

he may be a good HVAC person. But he is incompetent in electric work for a mater electrician as he claimed. He spent a long time trying diagnosis an electric problem and decided to order parts to change electric panel. With doubt, I hired another master electrician from Agies's list. He fixed the problem with 5 minutes on the job.

Like other people have posted, Mr Lin is very honest and good to work with. I had an emergency and called him on Saturday. He quickly walked me thru the issue and identified a burned fuse. Highly recommended!

He spent almost a day to try to diagnose an electric problem for us and didn't fix the problem. He still charged us a significant amount of fee for not fixing the problem. We hired another electrician for the second opinion. It turned out to be a few lose connections in the sockets and he fixed it quickly.
