This Radiant U --- Small Group Yoga Class can help you to
reduce stress and improve your energy.
build your strength and flexibility.
improve your posture to look great and feel confident.
feel calm and at peace in the midst of your daily chaos.
In each 1 hour and 45 minutes blissful yoga class, you will
practice yoga poses (with focus on optimal alignment of the poses), breathing exercises, and meditation.
get individual attention to practice deeply and safely.
learn easy and practical tips to apply yoga to daily life.
The class will be held in a serene, nature surrounded private studio in Great Falls, VA. (Address given upon registration).
Class size is limited to 8 people to ensure individual attention to each student.
Class has flexible make up policy.
About Xiaolin Wang, M.S.
Xiaolin helps busy, exhausted, or over-worked people find time for themselves, recovering health, calmness, and joy that they may not have felt for years.
Xiaolin holds a master degree in Health Promotion. She is a nationally certified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for more than 12 years. Xiaolin has a strong background in anatomy. Her teaching is based on Iyengar and Anusara styles.
Xiaolin is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and a certified Health and Fitness Specialist (HFS).
